hedging my bets

Well, I went ahead and called the apprentice midwife to check in and chat. We've scheduled a prenatal visit and the two-weeks-late-check-on-things-sonogram for next Saturday. With any luck I'll have the baby first and we'll just cancel it. Glad I scheduled it, though, they only had 2 slots open for that.
