If we hug you enough, will it convince Thumper it's time to move on out?
Maybe it's time for reverse psychology. I remember when my sister was late in her pregnancy and complaining to our mom that the baby wanted to stay in there. I tapped on her tummy and told him to stay there, nobody wanted to see him. The persnickety little brat was born the next weekend. (He turns 18 on Sunday.)
Loved the pictures of Maggie and the cat in the basket, though! They may not want to give up their new playpen when the baby comes.
I'm beginning to think nothing will get Thumper out - last midwifery exam found that once again, 3rd week in a row, no dilation progress At All.
Can't blame the kid today - it's COLD down here, working on getting our downstairs heater fixed. Takes until about midafternoon for the combination of the little electric heater and the oven-with-the-door open to get it warm.
Trying to keep my crankiness down to an acceptable minimum...

Uh, I suppose "pampering" is right out, too?
Will you settle for an affectionate embrace?
