I'm getting it for my fiance, which is just like getting it for myself because we live together, only it's a gift for someone else so it's selfless and thoughtful. Win!

Actually, we're seeing my parents on Christmas Day and I might bring it along because my mom loves Star Wars and Buffy, but never saw any Firefly and I think she'd like it.
Yay converting family. I gave the DVD series to my parents last year. My dad liked some, my mom didn't (I think Bushwhacked put her off - pity, I SO wanted her to see Ariel) and my sister is totally hooked.
